Q. Once I submit my order how long does it take to ship?
A. HotHotHot.com assures its customers that all efforts shall be made to ship all orders within 2 working days. After shipping you should receive an e-mail confirming that your order has shipped. We ship using both UPS and USPS Priority Service.
Q. What if I place an order on Saturday, Sunday, Holidays or on Long Weekends?
A. Your orders will only be shipped on Monday, or on reopening, as UPS only accepts packages Monday through Friday.
Q. Do you ship APO and FPO?
A. Yes we do and HotHotHot.com takes pride and joy to deliver our products to our fellow citizens who are abroad. We will charge the same shipping price as we do to our shipments in the continental states although we cannot offer "free shipping".
Q. Do you ship via UPS or Postal Service?
A. Both. To provide our customers with the best services possible we ship via UPS to facilitate order tracking and to know exactly where your order is at a given time. All International and APO and FPO packages will be shipped by United States Postal Service.
Q. Do you ship International Packages by United States Postal Service Surface Mail or Air Mail.
A. We can use either of the methods you request on your order form. Airmail takes 5 to 10 working days while Surface Mail takes 30 to 45 days. Airmail is more expensive.

Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit cards. You can also take a print out of the order form, fill up the form and mail it in with your check or money order.

Q. How do I know my order went through O.K.?
A. We will send you a confirmation e-mail "Thanking you" for your order and that e-mail will also include the method of shipping. If your order was shipped via UPS, your e-mail will include the UPS tracking number. You can check on the status of your shipment by clicking the Order Tracking Button on our Home Page. Q. Do you have a substitution policy?
A. make every effort to ship the product of your choice but there may be very rare occasions when it is possible for a particular product to be out of stock. In these very rare instances we will make a substitution of a similar product but of equal or higher value.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. You may return any item for a full refund as long as 1) the purchase was made within the last 7 days. 2) The merchandize is in its original resalable condition. We will credit your card within 15 days of the receipt and inspection of the item. Instances where the merchandize has been damaged in transit, we will pay the return freight on inspection, as all merchandize that leaves our warehouse is fully inspected and examined including all shipping packages. In all other instances the return freight is to be borne by the customer. Gift recipients will receive in house credit towards future purchases.
